Return Policy

Our goal is to always have satisfied customers therefore, We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return).

A return handling fee will be applied for all products returned for refund. Once your item is returned, you have two choices:

Store Credit - $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s).

Return for Refund: Handling Fee - $5 for items $100 or less. $10 if your items over $100. $25 for items over $300.

We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a video or some pictures of the product. You need to send it to our customer service email (

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if inappropriate size or wrong size/item . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for the Return Address .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: by means of a clear declaration (i.e. an e-mail sent) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (plus for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this Agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you can prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
